KIABI Expands Circular Fashion, Reaches 33 Stores with Second-Hand in Iberia

June 11, 2026

KIABI is expanding its network of second-hand spaces in the Iberian Peninsula. With the opening of 13 new Beebs by KIABI spaces, the brand now counts 33 stores offering second-hand goods (27 in Spain and 6 in Portugal), equivalent to 37% of its retail network. The expansion comes less than a year after the model’s launch in Spain and, according to the company, reflects the good reception of the concept and its ability to consolidate as a structural lever of the business.

Circularity at the Heart of the Business

The bet aligns with KIABI’s Vision 2035, which places sustainability as a strategic axis and a driver of long-term transformation. More than a supplement, second-hand becomes a structural element of the company’s value proposition. The project was developed in collaboration with Micolet, a Spanish partner specialized in circular fashion for the Spain and Portugal markets, and was integrated into store operations from launch, which has demonstrated its scalability within the retail network.

Integrated into the Shopping Experience

Rather than functioning as an independent channel, the second-hand spaces are integrated into the in-store shopping journey, maintaining coherence with the brand’s universe. Through Beebs by KIABI, the company offers a selection of pieces subject to quality and traceability criteria, seeking to facilitate access to circular fashion without compromising affordability, one of the brand’s historical pillars.

Keeping Up with New Consumption Habits

With this evolution, KIABI says it wants to respond to the changing consumption habits of families, who are looking for more conscious yet practical ways to consume. The integration of circularity into the shopping experience thus strengthens the relationship with customers beyond traditional purchasing, at a time when fashion seeks to reduce its environmental impact through reuse and the extension of the lifecycle of garments.
