Crédito Agrícola and Helexia Portugal have established a partnership aimed at companies seeking to undertake investments in energy efficiency and decarbonisation.
The agreement covers photovoltaic production, energy storage, electric mobility, and energy efficiency projects. Crédito Agrícola’s corporate clients may benefit from a discount of up to 15% on Helexia’s “Engineering and Project Management” fee, depending on the characteristics of each project.
Conversely, Helexia clients who turn to Crédito Agrícola to finance these investments may benefit from a reduction of up to 10% in the spread relative to the current rate and a 20% discount on credit opening fees.

Luís Pinho, Country Director Portugal & Group Head of Operations of Helexia Portugal, highlights the combination of financing and technical support envisaged in the agreement.

Our objective is to support each company in identifying and implementing the most suitable solutions for its reality, contributing to a more efficient use of energy and to reducing its carbon footprint,” he says.
The partnership is framed within Crédito Agrícola’s Net Zero Transition Plan, which sets the Group’s objective to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
