The municipal company Águas de Coimbra launched a tender procedure worth 920 thousand euros for the rehabilitation of several reservoirs and pumping stations, after the tender had remained unfilled on two occasions.
The announcement of the opening of the tender, published yesterday in the Diário da República, foresees an investment of almost one million euros (EUR) – 920 thousand euros – and a completion time of about one year and three months (450 days).
The same tender had been launched in June (base price of 830 thousand euros) and in April (750 thousand euros), but it remained unfilled on those two occasions, according to an official source from the municipal company who spoke to Lusa.
The contract provides for the rehabilitation of the reservoirs of Cabouco, Cruz de Morouços, Rebolim, Sargento-Mor and Sobral Cid.
The investment also contemplates the requalification of the pumping stations at Vendas de Ceira, Casa do Sal and Coimbra iParque, according to the announcement published in Diário da República.
The price weighting is 60% and the technical merit of the proposal 40%.
Proposals may be submitted until November 13.
