FHI is looking for qualified candidates for the following position:

Deputy Director/Technical, Global HIV/AIDS Initiative Nigeria (GHAIN) Project - Nigeria

In close coordination with the Director of Programmes, works with and supports the Chief of Party/GHAIN, and the relevant staff of USAID/Nigeria. Provides technical expertise and leadership for the design and implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment and support programmes. Ensures that high-quality HIV prevention, care and treatment interventions are implemented in a timely manner. Represents the GHAIN Project and FHI at local and international meetings. MD degree and ten years' professional health care experience, including at least five years' specialised experience in HIV/AIDS care in developing country settings, plus at least four years' management experience. Must be an experienced ART clinician.
