1. Consultant, HIV and Food Security for the World Food Programme in Zambia

WFP Zambia has recently been successful in obtaining funding through the Canadian Impact Grant for the proposal titled: "Developing Household Food Security Assessment Tools using the HIV/AIDS Lens".

The objective of the proposal is to improve the methodology of targeting food aid to food insecure households affected by HIV/AIDS by developing household food security assessment tools, sensitive to both HIV/AIDS issues and the conditions of women, children, orphans and other vulnerable groups.

WFP Zambia is currently recruiting a consultant to fulfill the terms and objectives of the proposal. The food security assessment tools that will be developed as a result of this consultancy are related to ongoing programming, so it is important that this position is filled as soon as possible.
