1. Head of HIV/AIDS and Health Section Nigeria - Catholic Relief Services (CRS) (www.catholicrelief.org)

The incumbent will oversee the programme activities of the CRS/Nigeria Health section, including supervising programme staff, coordinating the development and implementation of health programming as per CRS/Nigeria sectoral strategies, maintaining positive relationships with partner and donor organisations, and ensuring all CRS/Nigeria policies and procedures are followed by the CRS/Nigeria Health Team.

2. Coordinator - Country Programmes for Southern African AIDS Training Programme (SAT)

SAT partners with community groups as well as national and regional advocacy and networking bodies. In the next few years the organisation will focus the role of the regional secretariat and increase the size and autonomy of its decentralised country operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Country Programmes Team and supervise the Team's senior staff in Harare and in our decentralised offices. Significant project and team management experience is essential.
  • Play a significant role in the strategic expansion and strengthening of SAT's country level activities, including proposal development, donor relations and fundraising. Significant expertise in strategic planning and resource mobilisation is essential.
