The terms of reference for this position straddle five strategic areas as follows:
  • Strategic planning of the advocacy programme of work
  • Policy research and analysis
  • Lobbying and networking
  • Strengthening North-south and North-North linkages, to address barriers to progress in the South and utilise potential for synergies
  • Coordination with the AAA International HIV/AIDS campaign.
