GLOBAL: 'Harm Reduction and Human Rights', 20-23 April 2009 - Bangkok, Thailand

BANGKOK, 13 April 2009 (PlusNews) - This conference, organised by the International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA) with the theme of 'Harm Reduction and Human Rights' will focus on injecting drug use and HIV, harm reduction and human rights and methamphetamines. It will provide a forum for the dissemination of ideas, research, projects and practice both internationally and in the host region and country.
