Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Alliance’s strategy is aligned with the International HIV/AIDS Alliance’s strategic framework
- Manage Alliance China's contribution to the Chinese HIV response in accordance with donor commitments and in coordination with all relevant Chinese and international agencies
- Develop a strong network of partners in China
- Cultivate a strong donor profile through sound financial management
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a senior manager in an international setting, specifically experience in programme development and proposal development
- Broad knowledge of HIV and AIDS programming at the community level
- Proven experience managing internal and external organization relations

2. Regional MSM project director, Naz Foundation International (NFI) - Lucknow, India
Responsibilities:
- Lead, support and manage the implementation of NFI’s men who have sex with men (MSM) project
- Develop an effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system to measure MSM project activities against deliverables
- Work with other NFI staffers to coordinate with other country partners in external and internal proposals
- Review, analyse and provide timely feedback on reports
- Contribute to operational research as a part of the GFATM supported project
- Manage and provide support to the project team in aspects such as administration, finance and knowledge management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with MSMs and sexual health issues in South Asia
- Masters degree in social sciences, health or development
- At least five years experience in HIV prevention, with at least three years in project management
- Knowledge of M&E systems and donor reporting
- Experience in project proposal development and preparation
- Ability to represent NFI at the highest level meetings with government, donors and partners
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- General computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
